Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst
 
Help Desk Analyst (58632124)
 
Contract Duration: (12 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• The incumbent would be monitoring critical files to ensure there aren’t issues
• Escalating issues and resolving issues
• Working on investigation/ troubleshooting item like set up item
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• Minimum 2-5 years’ preferably in an online/mobile channel help desk or product support role
• ‘Technical background’ with banking and payment experience
• Strong excel: Pivot tables, v-lookups.
• Experience working within a Customer Service role
• Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• Demonstrated initiative and problem solving
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong relationship management skills required for internal, client and vendor management
• Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
• Strong Self starter
• High school diploma
