Contract Duration: (6 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Troubleshoot IT issues via telephone calls, emails and Chats
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• Microsoft Office
• Blackberry
• VPN
• Exposure to a Ticketing Tool
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
• Service Desk Ticketing experience
• Previous IT Troubleshooting Skills
