Our client is looking for a bilingual helpdesk agent to work from 1 pm to 5 pm everyday. The location is on Parc avenue.
 
Brief Project Description:  

  •  
  • Global central point of for Service Requests for multiple lines of business
  • Gathering requirements and processing access requests
  • Provisioning team – documenting audit requirement and engaging appropriate teams to complete work

 
Daily Responsibilities:

  • Use pre-defined procedures to ensure requests for user access and permissions are assigned to the correct fulfillment groups; ensure timely follow-up and closure of access requests
  • Log work activities in Service Manager and store all email communication in Outlook work folders in a logical, orderly manner that is easily accessible by all team members for the purpose of historical or audit investigation, and during absenteeism
  • Ensure processes are accurate and current by reporting on gaps and informing team members, leads and Management of changes or update to processes; ensure appropriate updates are made to associated documentation

 
Must Have Skills:

  • Organizational skills
  • Be able to follow documented processes
  • Work independently as well as with a team
  • Bilingual – English/French

  • Service Manager 9 /Service Now experience.
