Tier 2-3 Support Analyst
 
Located in Vancouver, BC we are looking for a Technical Support Analyst II-III with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications including SQL and Exchange administration, whom would be responsible for system infrastructure on specific system platforms.
 
This is a full-time permanent position working 9 hour shifts (7am to 5pm), 4 days per week on a monthly rotating schedule.

Responsibilities
• Supporting 3 main areas Networking, Applications and Servers
o Microsoft Suite and SQL servers
• Tier 1 to 3 technical support for internal and external customers (around 80 users)
• Working with active directory and exchange
• Maintain the company’s web-based point of sale system and internal systems
• Project upgrades
 
Requirements
 
• Eager to grow in this field
• Self – starter with the ability to prioritize
• Highly motived, who can work well independently and in team environments
 
Education and Experience
 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical support environment
o Doing tier 2-3 support
• Microsoft certification is preferred, but not required based on level of experience
• Technical degree in computer science or related field.
• Great customer service skills
