Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst
Help Desk Analyst (60853937)
Contract Duration: (3 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
• Fulfilling token requests, balancing workload through the team
• Perform procedures with accuracy and high quality through have focus and attention to detail
• Provide timely response to escalations of requests
• Communicate request status to request owners and management
Required Qualifications/Experience
• Certification, college degree or BA in Computer Technology or equivalent training
• Experience in provisioning Microsoft Active Directory access, or 2-factor access
• Experience with administration of Tokens within RSA Authentication Manager would be beneficial
• Experience in the use of a digital ticketing system (SM9 or others) for support or service requests
