Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Document Imaging Officer
 
Document Imaging Officer (54329906)
 
Contract Duration: (6 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
Participate in all document imaging functions - pre-imaging document preparation, scanning, validation and verification of indexing data and images, release and filing to Acorde, post filing reconciliation and arranging for offsite shipments or retrievals. Imaging processes must adhere to both the bank’s standards and various imaging related industry standards e.g. the Canadian Standards Board Documentary Evidence requirements. Imaging standards can also be business line specific.
• Identify and investigate all exceptions to imaging processes. Report to the immediate supervisor for resolutions when appropriate
• Provide support to the End-of-Day COLD report delivery reconciliation process. Identify and investigate all exceptions. Escalate to TAG support and supervisor for resolution
• Provide customer support on Acorde and RightFax. Act as liaison between business users and TAG when solving system issues
• Assist in documentation of operational procedures and processes
• Ensure systems and equipment, such as scanners, fax services and related software such as Kofax and Acorde are working properly. Provide support to scanning software. Escalate to supervisor when issues arise when necessary
• Assist with user acceptance testing of new system releases and upgrade for Acorde, Kofax and Rightfax
• Assist with workflow process improvements with ECM related applications such as Acorde, Kofax, RightFax, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat etc.
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• Must be highly accurate and thorough working with strict deadlines
• Knowledge of Electronic Imaging and other imaging applications such as , Kofax, RightFax
• Knowledge of business specific documentation such as Credit Authorizations, Loans, Confirmations Documents etc will be an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written) with other WBO or non-WBO departments
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment
• Possess a high degree of motivation and commitment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access) and Adobe Acrobat
