Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for an Organization Change Management Consultant
Organization Change Management Consultant (57320017)
Contract Duration: (12 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
• Leverages Change Management methodology and techniques to promote change in the organization, adopting the role of facilitator when required.
• Leads stakeholder management, including conducting stakeholder impact assessment and outlining actions to support new behaviors as required
• Develops a set of targeted change management plans that support and ensure stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communication and training plans based on stakeholder assessment for the adoption of a new governance model
• Develops materials for socializing change with Senior Management and executive leadership
• Communicate the changes to a variety of stakeholders in a manner that addresses their needs and facilitates the acceptance of the change
• Liaise with Project Managers to ensure the Project Review Team effectively considers the needs of projects in order to transition to a model that fits projects
• Provide input to the creation or modification of Project Review Team artefacts such as Terms of Reference, presentations and reports
• Monitor the initial deployment and subsequent usage of the centralized SharePoint workspace and make recommendations that enhance the compliance and effectiveness of the tool
• Provide input to the planning of the migration of existing project data into a centralized repository
• Consolidate all findings in relation to communication and feedback in relation to change for Project Review Team Chair
Required Qualifications/Experience
• University degree in Business Administration/Communication/Project Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of organizational change management methodology and principles
• Experience in practical application of organizational change management processes and ability to develop organizational change management tactics to help shift mindset, behaviors, and achieve results through program activities, communication and leadership messages.
• An Organizational Change Management certification will be considered an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years working in an organization as a leader of change and transition
• Proven track record of planning change and monitoring and reporting on the successes of change using quantifiable metrics
• Extensive experience in leading change in a large organization
• Clear understanding of Business Requirements, Terms of Reference and Business Process Management as they apply to projects.
• Minimum of five years of providing a high level of coordination in a diverse, project-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management documentation, lifecycle and project gating methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
