Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for an Ordering Analyst
 
Ordering Analyst (57401359)
 
Contract Duration: (12 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Work with internal business partners and external suppliers to ensure appropriate ordering of telecom assets and services
• Validate requests to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Ensure orders are completed in accordance with the organization's guidelines
• Recommend opportunities for efficiency
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• 2-3 years of customer support experience (preferably in a technology help desk or finance environment)
• Demonstrated ability to understand, monitor, update or enhance existing business or work processes
• Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent customer service skills - ability to understand business partner needs and expectations, provide excellent service in direct and indirect manner, and fulfill business partner expectations
• Focused, organized, and a demonstrated capacity to take on multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring thoroughness
• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
