Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Business Analyst
JP20841 - Business Analyst (57683179)
Contract Duration: (10 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
• Oversee the program level requirements process to ensure successful delivery of requirements while adhering to the client's methodology and standards.
• Oversee overall management of requirements delivery across a program and to segments by providing direction and consultancy
• Identify and lead problem resolution for complex requirements related issues at all levels
• Proactively identify and track requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints and anticipate and effectively manage risks related to requirements. Align decisions to the client’s risk appetite.
• Develop mitigation plans or lead/contribute to the completion of necessary compliance/new process assessment templates
• Contribute to Quality Assurance activities by supporting the development of test scripts and testing of developed solutions, including communication of issues and resolution
Required Qualifications/Experience
• 5-7+ years Business Analyst experience in Change Management within the financial industry (Understand assessment of current to future state to develop plans around supporting change)
• Experience with process mapping/analysis and requirements delivery
• Experience working on $10+ million large, complex initiatives spanning multiple segments/LOB's
• Project management skills (e.g. Create a project plan and manage tasks within the plan to full completion)
• Solid understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), Business Requirements, Business Process Management (BPM) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to provide directional support for Segments/Lines of Business
