Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for an Analyst
 
JP20941 - Analyst (57819417)
 
Contract Duration: (3 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Support and execute business initiatives across Personal Banking Operations
• Conduct research and analysis of key issues, involving relevant stakeholders and other internal/external groups as necessary
• Own the process of developing, refining, monitoring and reporting on the implementation of business initiatives
• Support and own the development of business initiative plans, business cases, reports, briefings, presentations
• Support, implement and oversees business initiatives including proof of concepts laying out steps needed to implement, validate findings, collect recommendations and determine next steps/implementations across operations
• Support and implement TP capabilities center of excellence including development of operating models as appropriate
• Undertake and complete a variety of projects and initiatives with minimal direction/guidance
• Works with cross-functional teams to analyze and present key financial and business issues
• Collaborates and works in partnership key stakeholders across Personal Banking Operations and other external and internal stakeholders to execute business initiatives
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Process orientation with comfort with technology.
• Strong critical thinking, quantitative and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient with MS Power Point and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills; a drive to understand the relationships between data and activities, draw conclusions and use critical thinking to validate/verify outputs.
• Strong customer and employee orientation and a professional approach
• Teamwork - ability to work effectively in teams as this role interfaces with a broad
• Comfortable driving change and working with ambiguity.
