Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Documentation Specialist
 
Documentation Specialist (58031655)
 
Contract Duration: (6 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Document end-to-end processes for the Banks, Brokers and Exchanges Client Services
• Create and provide solutions for expedient process documentation, as well as contribute to reporting on and process improvement
• Manage a large number of process documents (i.e., business rules, processes, etc.) to be able to identify gaps and provide solutions to close them
• Identify documentation deficiencies and provide/recommend solutions to the support reconciliation teams
• Track all work requests (Change Requests, Work Items), maintain accurate details and priority ratings, and provide regular status updates
• Improve technical documents based on evaluations and client feedback
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• University or college degree or equivalent experience
• Certification in Technical or Business Writing - would be an asset
• 1-2 years technical and/or business writing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience creating process documents
• Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Capability to manage multiple priorities across a number of assignments and prioritize effectively
• Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven, achievement-oriented, and capable of working in a fast paced environment
