Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for an Organizational Change Management Manager
JP21242 - Organizational Change Management Manager (58053975)
Contract Duration: (6 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans with measurable objectives based on the details of the change
• Develop stakeholder impact assessments that identify the groups being impacted by the change, identify potential risks and resistance, and make recommendations on how we will prepare people for the change
• Engage key partners to deliver communications and training strategies/plans
• Consistently apply the Enterprise Change Management methodology throughout the life cycle of a project, process improvement or business as usual initiative
• Lead the change management work-stream within the project team and ensure integration of change management activities into the overall project plan to prepare for a successful launch
• Track the progress of activities within the change management work-stream and ensure all partners remain on track with their deliverables
• Provide advice and guidance to business partners regarding best practices in organizational change management to assist with discussion and decision-making
• Work with key partners from the project team and the business in the formulation of strategies, plans and activities to support project implementation and user adoption
• Build strong and productive relationships with key partners within the business and work with them to plan and deliver a structured change approach for stakeholder engagement, communications, training and launch
Required Qualifications/Experience
• 5-7+ years’ experience in a Change Management role working on projects (in finance industry)
• Prosci or other industry Change Management certification
• Experience supporting change in transformation programs
• Experience with change management while going through System Implementations
• Knowledge of people change management principles and practices
• Advanced communication skills including facilitation, presentation, and negotiating skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Tool Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)
• Strong knowledge of change management methodology and best practices
• Strong understanding of how to support culture shifts, and modify behavior in a professional setting
• Superior impact and influence skills to effectively engage and manage all stakeholders and recommend creative and strategic solutions to successfully implement change
• Proven ability to demonstrate confidence and competency to instill peace of mind for business stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in making decisions, communicating (verbal and written) to various levels within the organization, and possessing strong interpersonal skills
