Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Campus Recruiter
JP1398 - Campus Recruiter (58208984)
Contract Duration: (4 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
• Act as campus ambassador and primary point of contact for career services offices, student and diversity organizations, faculty, candidates, and other appropriate groups at target universities
• Support, manage and implement the client’s strategy for university relations and college recruiting
• Plan, organize and execute all recruiting events at target schools including presentations, career fairs, and interviews
• Drive the deployment of additional resources to support campus events and activities by using alumni and other members of the business
• Oversee the use and implementation of a uniform campus brand message that presents the client as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities
• Plan and recommend improvements to the client’s campus recruitment policies, practices and procedures
• Manage the end-to-end candidate process, including resume screening, interviews, selection, offers and onboarding
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and culture within the Campus team
• Support Campus diversity and inclusion initiatives within Canada
• Participate in on-campus activities (information sessions, mock interviews etc.)
Required Qualifications/Experience
• 3-5 years’ previous recruiting experience required, preferably with at least 2 years of campus recruiting
• Ability to conduct competency based interviews
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills
• Polished and professional image, combined with high standards of customer service and follow-through
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize
• Skilled at networking, influencing and able to build credibility and confidence at all levels
• Experience with Recruitment technology and Social Media is essential
• Assets
• Education in an HR related field
