Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Data Integrity Analyst
 
Data Integrity Analyst (58832733)
 
Contract Duration: (3 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Provide regular weekly and monthly progress updates to all teams including executive management, while ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met with respect to all data remediation efforts
• Maintain a superior level of data accuracy on an ongoing basis and highlight all anomalies and inconsistencies whether initiated from the CRM or other integrated data sources
• Identify disparities between large data sets and partner with front, middle and back office teams to investigate and remediate data
• Create and develop statistical reports based on data stored in the CRM system that will drive new initiatives that can be used to influence and impact decisions and strategies
• Procure reconciliation processes that will drive the creation of the necessary exception reporting to maintain data integrity
• Identify opportunities to enhance operations efficiency and data management, and streamline existing processes
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; mathematics or statistical background preferred
• Solid Capital Markets experience focused on data management
• Strong data remediation skills – the successful candidate will have the immediate capacity to work with large data, analyze numbers and be ability to build automated data remediation
• The successful incumbent will be detail oriented with an innovative mindset
• Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to isolate root causes of issues and work with the business if necessary to drive changes to business process
• Ability to automate the review of record sets in order to optimize efficiency
• Ability to comprehend, remediate and create exception/reconciliation reports
• Strong presentational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Exceptional Excel skills using advanced formulas and pivot tables
