Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for an End-to-End SIT Test Coordinator
 
End-to-End SIT Test Coordinator (58962265)
 
Contract Duration: (3 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• As E2E SIT tester, you will work as part of larger project team following different methodologies, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and development teams across the program to plan and execute your E2E testing
• Preparing and executing the E2E integration tests to the defined strategies and coaching others as required
• Coordinate and lead the E2E testing efforts as required with multiple application steams
• Coordinate/document actual test results and responsible for the end-to-end tracking of all issues found
• Perform exploratory testing, to identify any unseen defects or weak spots
• Discover and reproduce bugs, documenting them in the defect tracking tool
• Identify the key issues and risk relating to the project, escalate them appropriately and provide any mitigation action plans
• Assist the program lead for the testing activities and gaining sign off from key stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple application streams deliveries and implement best integration practices
• Spot and contribute automation effort to accelerate the testing efforts, would be advantageous
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• Experience of E2E Integration testing across multiple application streams
• Experience of technologies used within FX and Rates Trading
• Lean/Agile techniques
• Manual testing
• Web services testing either REST/SOAP
• Experience of .NET/JAVA technologies
• Ability to work in a fast paced and Agile environment
• Perform test analysis, test execution, defect tracking and reporting
• Different project methodologies: Agile methodologies like scrum, Kanban and traditional waterfall approach
• Understanding of Automated testing (QTP, Cucumber, Eggplant)
• Relevant Tools knowledge (Quality Centre, JIRA, Visio)
• IT Standards, Methodologies, CMM & audit requirements
• Ability to work effectively within global team
• Good written and communication skills
