Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer

Senior UX/UI Designer (59619203)

Contract Duration: (12 months)
Location: Toronto, ON

Responsibilities:

• Review online service needs
• Provide input to requesters on approach and applicability
• Edit content and designs as appropriate
• Support design and content resources and provide input and UX direction for pages and sites
• Collaborate with designers and client stakeholders on the development of digital content and designs

Required Qualifications/Experience

• 10+ years of experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing digital content and user-centred design processes
• Experience in user experience and responsive web design as well as CSS/HTML/JS as related to visual and interactive design.
• Experience designing prototypes and a demonstrated proficiency with design tools; Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience designing and conducting usability tests
• Demonstrated knowledge in web accessibility principles as related to content, design, and execution
• Knowledge of latest trends and UI conventions in the children’s digital space
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, including writing and editing for the web
