Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Transformational/Change Leader
 
Transformational/Change Leader (60657201)
 
Contract Duration: (18 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• The role will be accountable for coordinating the needs of a team to adapt to change. This will include directing the development of change management documentation by other ICIT analysts, reviewing and approving this material in cooperation with other stakeholders
• Assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
• Represent MET on initiatives and projects as a Change Management consultant on behalf of the CB Team
• Balance assigned priorities, deadlines and business deliverables to meet business objectives
• Develop subject matter expertise regarding payment card network Chargeback and Dispute rules and ensure complete understanding of all features of job related software applications
• Develop close relationship with Chargeback Team members and understand their day-to-day job functions and needs in order to effectively champion their view as we dramatically change how they work, what tools they use, and the nature of their client interaction (moving from minimal service to higher value-added capabilities).
 
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• 1-2+ years Leadership experience in at least 1 of: Operations change management/Organization culture transformation
• 1-2+ years Facilitation experience involving highly complex subject matter and multi-team, inter-team dynamics
• 1-2+ years’ experience with at least 1 of: Canadian retail payments, practical change management, Psychology of change, methodology options and approaches, and a natural aptitude for leading in this space/Facilitation leadership in the context of complex projects or technology transformations
• Degree/Education in Change Management or Psychology
