Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Bilingual Change Management/Training and Learning Consultant
 
Bilingual Change Management Training and Learning Consultant (60766752)
 
Contract Duration: (12 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Work in partnership with the Business Office Transformation team to build and deliver a change management plan supporting the business needs to support change
• Employ a structured change management methodology to ensure a smooth transition to the new Data Warehouse and the related role and processes changes related to Data Foundation Implementation
• Build and deliver various communications in support to the impacted business areas (project's informative web site, blogs, newsfeeds etc.)
• Organize and lead change network sessions with change leads from the various business areas, foster a positive adoption of the business capabilities brought by the new working environment
• Designs, facilitates, and sustains a variety of learning experiences (e.g., formal classroom and virtual learning, experiential tactics, etc.)
• Acts as an expert in instructional design and emerging delivery methods, continue to identify ways to deliver courses and consulting offerings that are both engaging and delivered in an efficient manner and drive the right learning outcomes
• Support the project's showcases and town halls presentations and provide business support answering questions on the project's deliveries, components, impacts etc.
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• Bilingual in English/French with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• 8-10+ years’ experience as a Training/Learning Consultant implementing Change Management and training strategies
• 8-10+ years implementing work streams that maximize employee adoption and business benefit
• Experience with training on transformation to a new technical platform (Hadoop, Agile)
• Excellent presentation skills and able to manage by positive influence
• Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or an equivalent field
