Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Product Support Analyst
Product Support Analyst (60989131)
Contract Duration: (6 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
• Manage the RPA Blue Prism Production and Disaster Recovery systems and environments.
• Manage the Deployment of changes to Production utilizing Chang Management practices.
• Support the agile development practices including test driven development and deployment automation as well as Continuous Integration to improve overall execution speed and product quality.
• Be a technology advocate and share expertise with other team members.
• Be a key partner to the business and the rest of the team throughout the delivery cycle.
• Think through challenging and interesting problems and solve them with your team
Required Qualifications/Experience
• Experience supporting Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and automated testing tools
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with Cloud solutions
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience working in the Financial sector
