Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator
 
Facilities Coordinator (61443543)
 
Contract Duration: (6.5 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Asset Management and distribution while ensuring an accurate inventory is maintained.
• Responsible for ordering, tracking and receiving assets.
• Facilitate hardware set ups and retrievals for new hires.
• Responsible for supporting multiple team requests, being the point person for the team.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling move requests, arranging vendors repairs, troubleshooting.
• Compile reports concerning progress of work and downtime to distribute to personnel involved
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• 1-3 years’ experience with or knowledge of Facilities coordination and management
• 1-3 years’ experience with MS Office Suite - must have pivot table and Vlookup experience
• 1-2 years’ experience providing operational support in an office environment
• Project Management experience would be nice to have
• AutoCAD experience would be nice to have
• Ticketing systems (preferably Jira) would be nice to have
• Post-secondary degree
