Notre client, leader mondial dans son domaine, recherche le candidat idéal pour gérer une équipe dévouée et dévouée de développeurs de logiciels.
Depuis 2000, le client utilise Syspro et SAGE, systèmes ERP reconnus pour les finances, les ventes, les opérations et la fabrication. La fonctionnalité de Syspro a été étendue par des applications de fabrication personnalisées écrites en SQL, MS Access et PHP.
Le client entre dans une nouvelle phase d'amélioration des processus qui s'appuiera sur des solutions développées et déployées rapidement. Votre défi sera de créer une équipe de développement forte et ciblée, produisant des résultats de qualité cohérents.
En recevant de nouvelles spécifications d'amélioration des processus du leader du processus métier, vous les traduirez en applications livrables.
Le candidat idéal a une expérience éprouvée en gestion d'équipe et des antécédents éprouvés de la prestation de solutions rapidement et efficacement.
 
Fonctions essentielles
• Être responsable de la propriété de bout en bout d'une équipe de développement de programmation.
• Créez et gérez une équipe de trois programmeurs qui sont responsables du développement et de la maintenance des logiciels.
• Soyez un champion de l'ingénierie et de l'excellence opérationnelle: établissez des mesures d'équipe pour mesurer l'excellence et un processus cohérent et régulier d'évaluation et d'amélioration.
• Assurez-vous d'utiliser l'utilisation constante de GitHub pour le contrôle du code source. Établir un cadre cohérent de gestion de projet et d'excellents processus de développement pour fournir des logiciels de haute qualité, en itérations rapides.
• Être responsable du mentorat et du développement des programmeurs.
• Augmenter la barre sur l'excellence technique, afficher le leadership et communiquer avec les différents publics.
• Participer à la programmation et à la conception pratiques, en particulier dans des domaines techniquement difficiles pour transférer l'expertise technique à l'équipe de programmation.
 
Responsabilités de supervision

Our client, a global leader in its domain, is looking for the ideal candidate to manage a dedicated and resourceful team of software developers.
Since 2000, the client uses Syspro and SAGE, recognised ERP systems for financials, sales, operations and manufacturing. Syspro’s functionality has been extended by custom manufacturing applications written in SQL, MS Access and PHP.
The client is entering a new phase of process improvement that will rely on rapidly developed and deployed solutions. Your challenge will be to create a strong and focused development team, producing consistent quality results.
Receiving new process improvement specifications from the business process leader, you will translate these into deliverable applications.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in team management and proven track record of delivering solutions rapidly and effectively.
 
Essential Functions
•Be responsible for the end to end ownership of a programming development team.
•Build and manage a team of three software programmers that are responsible for developing and maintaining software.
•Be a champion of engineering and operational excellence: establish team metrics for measurement of excellence and a consistent, regular process for assessment and improvement.
•Ensure use of consistent use of GitHub for source code control. Establish a consistent, project management framework and excellent development processes to deliver high quality software, in rapid iterations.
•Be responsible for mentoring and developing software programmers.
•Raise the bar on technical excellence, display leadership, and communicate well to different audiences.
•Participate in hands-on programming and design, especially in areas technically challenging in order to transfer technical expertise to the programming team.
 
Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
 
Education
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
 
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of management experience. A minimum of 5 years of relevant development and design experience.
