Our Client has a requirement for a Change Management Consultant to support a major project in 2018. The individual will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders in assessing change readiness, developing change strategy and plan, coordinate user acceptance and other related tasks.
The successful candidate will be working with the project group to support an in-progress project within the major business unit.
A key objective of the project is to ensure the business unit has the necessary knowledge, processes, roles and training in place to successfully use the selected Asset Management System (Infor EAM).
Essential Skills:
Respondents must provide an introductory statement on the resume of the number of years of experience their candidate has in each of the Essential Skills. Only those candidates meeting or exceeding the identified Essential Skills will be eligible to move to the full evaluation process.
•Minimum 7 years’ experience in people change process design.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
•Proficiency in change management documentation and identification
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, MS Project and MS Visio.
•Proficiency in interviewing clients.
•Excellent communication and organization skills
Desired Skills:
•Previous experience with waste collection and disposal organizations.
•Previous experience with the Infor EAM software.
•Strong knowledge of Prosci change management methodology
