POSITION SUMMARY
 
Working closely with clients, team members and other stakeholders, the Project Manager plays a leadership role in ensuring that programs are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle.  The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project within the constraints of scope, time, cost, and quality to successfully deliver to specified requirements and achieve customer satisfaction. The Project Manager manages tradeoffs between scope, time, cost, and quality while balancing the needs of the program, the client, and the organization.
 
 
Skills and Job Qualifications:
 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline  preferred
• Experience with Digital and Agile projects in Capital Markets
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management execution
• Process Improvement Methodology certification and or/experience an asset
• Experience with and understanding of leading practices in project management and process improvement
• Works collaboratively with other solution teams including Relationship & Application Management, Business analysts, Solutions Engineering and QA on a dynamic portfolio of initiative
• Proven vendor management experience
• Demonstrated change agent background
• Competency in typical PM and productivity software (MSP, Office Suite,etc)
• Proactive customer service focus
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); motivation and persuasion skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outcome/deliverable orientation with a bias for action; disciplined scope, time, and cost management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management and staff
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments; considering multiple points of view and managing conflicts
