Modis, on behalf of our client is looking for an Intermediate Organizational Change Manager
 
Intermediate Organizational Change Manager (59395533)
 
Contract Duration: (12 months)
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
 
The Change Management Consultant will work with the Change team on the client implementation project, developing and executing on the Change Strategy, and achieving project success through the management of the human side of change. The role will involve working with all project champions, change agents, sponsors, and impacted key stakeholders. The consultant will help to build the project team and change agent capabilities through ongoing coaching and development. They will also be responsible for developing project stakeholder and sponsorship readiness - building, executing, sustaining communication and reinforcement plans supporting change readiness and adoption. The consultant will also ensure a cultural fit between the client’s organizational culture and the implementation approach of the project.
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
 
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in change management
• Experience working with clients in a consultative and/or advisory capacity
• Experience managing change across complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder departments
• Experience facilitating software implementations for Oracle HCM or other HR Management Systems
• Preference is for candidates with a Masters level degree, with specialization and formal certification in change management.
• Possess a solid understanding of CM principles, tools, and templates
• Strong understanding of the principles of project management (including Waterfall and Agile/Scrum approaches)
• Proven track record of facilitating highly-collaborative work environments as well as building high-functioning, high-performing teams; above-average verbal, written, and listening skills
• Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills
• Strong business and people acumen
• Superior relationship-building and interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire others to action, and the ability to generate high levels of teamwork with project would be considered an asset.
